We (Quiet Art Ltd.) do not collect any personal information through the IOS app Catchin’ Sync.
We also don’t require propriety subscription or logging in to Catchin’ Sync other than your Apple ID during purchase and updates as per App Store’s standard procedure.
Video files that are recorded with Catchin’ Sync remain on your device’s library, as well as your icloud account if you have that option enabled on your device, until you delete them. We do not have access to these videos.
When you email us about support issues, your information is not entered on a database or email list for promotional purposes. We will only use this information to update you about your support query.
